Frequently Asked OTC Card Questions - For Members

How do I get an OTC plus Card?

Your card will be mailed to you after you sign up for CareOregon Advantage Plus. We will only send you a new card if you report losing it or if we make a change to the program.

Where can I use it?

The OTC plus Card can be used at many pharmacies and retail stores including Rite Aid, Walmart and Walgreens*. To find a full list of participating retailers, go to myotccard.com and log in with your OTC card number. You also can find a list of participating retailers using the OTC Network mobile app. Download the app at Google Play or the iTunes App Store by searching for “OTC Network”.

You can get eligible items delivered to your home at no additional cost through NationsOTC. For more information, look for their flier, which comes in the same envelope as your OTC card.

*Just a reminder that you can buy your CareOregon Advantage prescription medicines at Rite Aid and Walmart. Walgreens can be used for the OTC card, but not prescription drugs.

Can I save the amount from month to month?

Once you become a member, we will send you a card in the mail with money pre-loaded on it. At the beginning of each calendar quarter (January 1, April 1, July 1 and October 1), more money will automatically be added to the same card. Any money left on your card at end of each quarter will expire. It does not carry over to the next quarter. Use the money on the card before the end of each quarter to get the full amount. Go to OTC Benefit Card for more details.)

How do I use it?

When the card comes in the mail, activate it by calling 888-682-2400 or go online to https://www.otcnetwork.com/member. Then, you can go shopping at any participating retailer. Make sure you present your OTC card when you bring your covered items to the checkout counter. Whatever amount you spend on eligible items will be deducted from your card, up to the allowable amount. Any remaining balance will be listed at the bottom of your receipt and can be used up until the next benefit period starts.

The OTC Network mobile app
An app for both Android and iPhone makes using this benefit a whole lot easier. You can check your account balance, scan barcodes at retail locations, search the list of eligible items and more. Download the app at Google Play or the iTunes App Store by searching “OTC Network.”

Home delivery
You can get eligible items delivered to your home at no additional cost through NationsOTC. For more information, look for their flier, which comes in the same envelope as your OTC card.
