CareOregon Connect portal
CareOregon offers a single sign-on experience for our providers called OneHealthPort.
From OneHealthPort, providers have access to two portals, CareOregon Connect and HealthHelp WebConsult.
Below is information and instructions for when and why to use each portal.
If you're still using a direct-login, or if you are a Dental provider, you can go directly to the CareOregon Connect portal.
Knowing which platform to use
Effective May 1, prior authorizations for certain services will be managed by HealthHelp, a specialty benefit management company now working with CareOregon. Dates of service prior to May 1, 2026 should still be submitted via CareOregon Connect portal. For the latest process information, please refer to our provider update.

Please review these options so you know which portal to use before you login. Follow these steps to confirm which codes should be submitted to each portal:
- Check the No-Auth Code List to learn if the procedure needs authorization at all.
- Check the HealthHelp Code List, if there, submit to HealthHelp WebConsult Portal
- For DME prior authorization, check the categories below to know which portal to submit.
- If a code isn’t on any of those lists, it needs to be submitted in Connect Portal
HealthHelp WebConsult Portal
Use HealthHelp for the following services:
- Cardiac services (imaging, devices, interventional)
- Diagnostic imaging
- Musculoskeletal (MSK), interventional pain, and physical medicine
- Sleep medicine (including DME)
- Genetic testing

If you are having trouble submitting a prior authorization request via HealthHelp’s WebConsult portal, fax it to 877-397-1258 using this form.
Log in to OneHealthPort to access the HealthHelp WebConsult Portal.
Connect Portal
Use CareOregon Connect Portal to:
- Check detailed claim status
- Review remittance advices
- Submit and view authorizations on the detailed, line level
- Check detailed eligibility and member information, including PCP assignment, other insurance and benefits
- Create and print PCP rosters
- Search and verify ICD-10, CPT, HCPC, revenue codes and modifiers
- Submit DME prior authorizations for the following categories:
- Bone growth stimulators
- Complex rehab (submit to Parachute after 8/1/2026)
- Hearing
- Infusion therapy
- Oral devices
- Parenteral nutrition
- Vision
Login to OneHealthPort to access the Conect Portal.
Parachute Health
Use the Parachute Health platform to submit DME prior authorizations for the following categories:
- Ambulatory
- Cardiac defibrillators
- CPAP equipment and supplies
- Diabetic supplies
- Enteral
- Hospital beds
- Mobility aids
- Negative pressure wound therapy
- Orthotics
- Ostomy
- Oxygen
- Prosthetics
- Respiratory
- Urological
- Ventilators
- Wheelchairs
- Wound care
Providers who do not already use Parachute Health will need to create an account at parachutehealth.com.

Creating a OneHealthPort account
OneHealthPort's single sign-on offers healthcare professionals an easy and secure way to access the provider portals of major local health plans and hospitals, including CareOregon. If you don’t have a OneHealthPort account, please register your organization today. Visit the OneHealthPort site to register for an account.

Training materials for the HealthHelp WebConsult Portal can be found on their training site for CareOregon providers. We encourage you to read the documentation on the HealthHelp website in depth.
