Our hours are October 1 through March 31, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily; and April 1 through September 30, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., Monday – Friday. You can also send us a secure message through the member portal.

Mail order pharmacies
You can receive up to a 90-day supply of a drug through one of our mail order pharmacies. Check the pharmacy directory above for a listing of our mail order pharmacies or you can view the latest list using our pharmacy search tool.
To find a mail order pharmacy using the online search tool, follow these instructions:
In the Provider Information box,
- Under the Type of Provider menu, choose "pharmacy"
- Under the Pharmacy Type menu, choose "mail-order"
In the Location box,
- Under the State menu, choose "any"
- Select the "Search" button
This will give you a list of all the mail order pharmacies in the country.
